MCS is currently looking to recruit for the following vacancies:


Role: Compliance and Enforcement Manager

Description: This is a critically important role ensuring MCS fulfils one of its primary objectives of providing assurance to consumers about the quality and standard of their renewable energy installation. You will assume responsibility for all matters of compliance with both scheme technical standards and the licence agreement. It will be necessary to work directly and collaboratively with the MCS Administrator (Gemserv), certification bodies, consumer codes, installation contractors, manufacturers and other stakeholders. The role will involve investigating complaints that are escalated to the scheme (including on-site technical assessments), identifying patterns which can be addressed by updating scheme requirements, using complaint statistics to inform the Board, and developing robustly reasoned recommendations where disciplinary action against installers or manufacturers is to be considered by the Board.

Salary: A competitive salary will available to the right candidate depending on experience.

Contract type: This is a permanent full-time employed position following satisfactory completion of probationary period.
