Updates to MCS standards November 2014

We would like to make you aware of the latest announcement from DECC concerning a potential degression in the biomass  Domestic RHI tariff, which, if triggered, would come into effect on 1st January 2015. 

We would like to inform all MCS Installation Database (MID) users that essential maintenance is due to be carried out 19:00 - 22:30 on Sunday 23rd November 2014. During this time, you will not be able to create certificates, make any payments, or access any certificates stored.

After this maintenance, you may need to clear your temporary internet files/cache before continuing to use the MID.

Decc and OFGEM would like to invite installers to participate in a Q&A session with experts from DECC and OFGEM, they will be able to answer questions on the RHI scheme and provide advise for installers.

The Department of Energy and Climate Change will be hosting a number of Renewable Heat Incentive road shows in the coming months. This will be a great opportunity to understand more about the DRHI. The event is open to both installers and customers, installers can send their customers the following invitation which will allow both installers and customers to book their free tickets linked here.
