The Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) has today launched a revised layout of the MCS website, which we hope will ensure our users have a better experience when navigating through the website.
The changes to the website include:
- A general revision to the layout. You will note that there are now individual pages for technology specific installation and products standards which we hope will make it easier to locate relevant documents;
- A new “submit an enquiry” function has been added which allows consumers to submit enquiries directly to MCS certified installers by completing an online form. The enquiries will be sent to the email address that you have registered with MCS.
MCS have also uploaded a revised version of the MCS Branding Guidelines (version 2.0). To note, the main change has been a revision to the format of the document, which we hope will make it clearer on how the MCS Mark and Approved Logo should be used. We have however, also added a note to say that as an installer you should try to make it clear to the consumer which technologies you are certified for. We have given an example on how you may like to do this (page 8).
