The Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (d-RHI) is nearly upon us! After almost five years of planning, data collection, consultations and discussion with stakeholders, the government is poised to finally launch the scheme. Whilst we all eagerly await the scheme’s exact launch date from DECC, industry is busy gearing itself up to make best use of the enormous opportunities it will provide. The scheme will pay tariffs for seven years to eligible consumers that install biomass boilers, air and ground source heat pumps and solar thermal systems, in addition to the savings these systems can make on energy bills. The Renewable Energy Association will be running a series of seminars to explain how the d-RHI can help you, whether you are a company planning to supply or install the eligible technologies, a building services engineer, a Social Landlord, a heating consultant or anyone wondering exactly how the scheme will work.

The REA events will take place in London and Birmingham where you will learn key aspects of the policy including an overview of the technologies covered and how the policy will impact their growth.
