Competency Criteria Deadline

MCS has been researching a number of key external influences that may impact on the MCS Contractors’ ability to comply with this deadline and has therefore taken the decision to extend the final deadline for mandatory compliance until 3rd January 2018 or up to 4 surveillance visits from 16th March 2014, whichever is the sooner.

For the avoidance of doubt, any company within MCS prior to 16th December 2014, would now have up to 4 surveillance visits from the 16th December 2014 (even if these happen prior to the 3rd January, 2018 to comply with the published criteria. Beyond 3rd January 2018 every company within MCS will be required to meet with the published criteria.
